• We guarantee that all Warmup Heating products mentioned in this warranty are free from defects in material and workmanship.
• This warranty applies to Warmup Undertile Heating elements for the product’s lifetime.
• This warranty applies to Warmup Inslab Heating elements for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase.
• This warranty applies to Warmup Undercarpet Heating elements for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.
• This warranty applies to Warmup approved thermostats for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.
• With this warranty you will have all the protection given to you as a consumer in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

How long is the warranty period?

What will be done if there is a problem
• Warmup will inspect the product and arrange for the product tobe either repaired or replaced free of charge.
• Repair or replacement of the product will be at Warmup’s discretion.
Register your undertile heating purchase with Warmup within 30 days, and keep your proof of purchase somewhere safe. Make sure your installer confirms the heater is working before any floor covering is laid, since this is your last chance to check everything is correct before it’s covered over.

A: When installed, tested, and signed off by an authorised Warmup installer, your undertile heater is warranted for the lifetime of the floor covering fitted over it, subject to the exclusions in the full terms. Without an accredited installer, the standard element warranty is 10 years.
A: Yes. If you’re the first owner or occupier of a property with a Warmup undertile heater, the warranty transfers to you automatically from the developer or builder. For subsequent owners, transfer is at Warmup’s discretion, on written application.
A: Yes — register your purchase with Warmup within 30 days, keep proof of purchase, and make sure your installer confirms the heater is working before your floor covering is laid. It’s also a good idea to keep 5–10 spare tiles on hand in case a future repair requires tiles to be lifted.
A: Warmup covers the cost of repairing or replacing the heater, and the cost of lifting and replacing tiles as part of that repair, using your spare tiles where you’ve kept enough available. Repair or replacement is at Warmup’s discretion.
A: Yes. Thermostats installed with your heater are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for 5 years, with free repair or replacement.
A: No. Nothing in the Warmup warranty is intended to limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or any other New Zealand law.
