Serving New Zealand Since 1994
Warmup began life in 1983 as a small manufacturer of undercarpet heaters in South Africa, and has since grown into an international group specialising in electric undertile and undercarpet heating. New Zealand has been served since 1994 by a network of independent local distributors, backed by the Australasian Warmup licence holder — together, that network has heated more than 200,000 homes across New Zealand and Australia.
Warmup New Zealand is part of the wider Warmup Group, which also includes Marmox (insulation boards, pre-formed shower trays, and shower niches), Tranquillity Bathroomware (a European-inspired premium bathroom accessories brand established over 15 years ago), and Total House. Between them, these brands cover underfloor heating, insulation, waterproofing, drainage, and bathroom accessories — giving builders, architects, and homeowners a single group to specify a complete heated wet area from.
The New Zealand product range has grown from its undercarpet heating origins to include undertile heating, inslab heating, wood and laminate floor heating, thermostats and controllers, Marmox insulation boards, and the BRANZ Appraised Warmup Waterproofed Shower System. Warmup was the first company in New Zealand to offer a lifetime warranty on all its undertile heating products.
