Grace Victoria Quarter
Grace Victoria Quarter is one of the projects completed by Warmup ANS in 2019. Grace features 159 beautifully designed freehold apartments with luxurious extras such as a Residents Rooftop Retreat and courtyard garden. Warmup ANS installed wet room systems in each apartment – this included waterproofing and acoustic insulation (using Ardex WPM 750 and Ardex DS70 5mm sheets), installing Warmup undertile heating and Warmup thermostats TH115, Marmox centre drain shower bases and custom corner shower glass
